The technical and commercial feasibility of a beneficiation plant depends upon a lot of independent parameters, each of equal importance. Hence it is very important for the investor to look into the prospect and practicality before investing into the project. India is the witness to quite a few of not-so-viable beneficiation plants that were set up without much of an understanding and thus resulted in a shutdown and hence a bad investment. MBE CMT India explores the detailed feasibility of a beneficiation plant in terms of Cost, Technology and resources. Being the only organization in the country having the process expertise of almost all the proven technologies in the Coal & Mineral beneficiation sector, we give our neutral recommendation on the most suited process to be envisaged for a particular beneficiation application in order to obtain the maximum return on investment. MBE CMT India also does installation and commissioning services for you on demand. Some equipment need special attention during installation and hence it is advised to get the equipment erected by MBE CMT engineers for the first time. If you prefer, it is also possible that you get the equipment erected and we render supervisory services to guide your engineers on the job. If you have an existing beneficiation plant that is not performing at its best or has gone obsolete, you need a specialist to understand the requirement of the correct modification scheme and re-design the process so that the plant performs as good as new with minimal changes. MBE CMT India has the experience of refurbishing many beneficiation plants in India including the recent orders received from Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) for their Rajrappa and Kedla washeries and IISO for their Chasnalla Coal Washing plant. This does not only upgrade your machine to the latest international technology, but also decreases the downtime, cost of maintenance and warehousing to a great extent. - Plant Operation & Maintenance

Many users prefer us to run the plant for them in order to get the best out of it. So, we also provide an option to provide Operation and Maintenance services by our engineers who have been doing it with great success for many of our esteemed clients. This gives the client the freedom to be at the driver’s seat while we control the operating parameters of the plan at the rated capacity at which we had designed it. So, no denial of responsibilities and no running away from underperforming. We have provided similar services to M/s Cresent Power Limited for Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) and presently doing the same for M/s Northern Coalfields Limited and Ms/ Bhushan Steel Limited, Meramandali. Annual Maintenance Contracts
A good and neat up-keeping of the equipment often saves the need of a replacement (hence investment). We have observed with many of our clients that, many of the operators who are not properly trained do not understand the necessity of proper maintenance and hence end up in damaging the equipment. This does not only increase the capital expenditure for the client but also gives a bad name to our equipment, both of which are not desired for. Hence, at your discretion, MBE CMT India renders Annual Maintenance Contracts to its customers where specialists from the organization visit the plant as per their recommended maintenance schedule and inspect the machine for any need of up-keeping. The also will provide you with the list of spares that are required to be kept at stock for smooth functioning of the machine and make an inventory plan for you. - After Sales & Service

About Us
MBE Coal & Mineral Technology India Pvt. Ltd. was founded in the year 1967 when it’s principle, the erstwhile KHD Humboldt Wedag apprehended the potential in the coal and mineral beneficiation industry in the country. Since then, MBE CMT has been associated with setting up the most number of Coal Washeries and Mineral beneficiation plants in the country.
Originally known as KHD Humboldt Wedag at the time of its inception, the name was changed to MBE Coal & Mineral Technology India Pvt. Ltd. after the Coal and Mineral division was taken over globally by McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited, a part of the Williamson Magor group, chaired by one of the leading businessman of the nation, Mr. Deepak Khaitan.
